So, I asked him what all those...things...are that are on me. He said, "That's your mole. Those are your neck bones. Those are your boops."
(For the record, I don't know who taught him boops).

That's too funny! Kids have such a way of viewing things. Some little girl once asked my why I was wearing so much blush. The thing was that I wasn't wearing any blush. That redness in my face, totally naturally, I'm the ruddy one. Sigh. Oh well, it's either live with it or...well there aren't really any other choices.
