Dumb bugs.
Speaking of the back yard, today we took down the pool. We had some heavy rain last week that made it overflow and then partially collapse. It wasn't worth filling it again for the short time left for swimming this year (plus I was tired of cleaning it...).
There's the big, empty spot where it used to be. We had some confused and dejected looking birds hanging around, looking for their watering hole.
And while we're still on the topic of my yard, here a few shots of how pretty parts of it are:

Awee Brandi my kids look the same way. I thought Chandler had a rash at first, Nope a bunch of "dumb bug bites" indeed. Poor Brooklyn too she is so miserable Kayden not so much!!! DARN BUGS
ReplyDeleteOMG, those are horrible! I hope they're ok. The itching must be unbearable. I know I'm a big baby when it comes to bug bites. I still have scars from scratching. I was lucky and only got away with 4 or so in Maine this year. The baby didn't have any which is great. Next time...
